Very soon I will start exercising on a daily basis and know how amazing I’m going to feel. Waking up every morning at times I need assistance just to get out of bed. But when I have been working out on a continuous basis my mornings are the opposite. Once alarm goes off I can jump out of bed without any pain or issues.
