Do you ever get the vibe from someone you meet they are just so calm and positive. And you think to yourself “OMG, I need to hang out with this person”? I felt that quite a few times over the years.
These people carry such a calm and cool personality and everything they say comes with a positive vibe.
Many are the opposite of that. They look for something to continuously complain about. It becomes tiring after a while and can definitely bring our moods down.
Some are just naturally positive. They’ve been like that for the majority of their lives.
Others can be positive due to what’s going on in their lives. Some include
- Have an amazing career they’re passionate about.
- Make good money
- Have an excellent group of friends
- Met a fantastic partner and have a very close tight connection
- Are heavily involved with their passions and hobbies
Those are some ideas. When any area of your life is going good, being positive becomes easier.
How To Produce Positive Thoughts
Think of the good things in your life. What are you grateful for?
Another idea to consider is your thoughts you start the day with can have an influence on how you feel for the remainder of the day.
The moment you wake up in the morning be sure to fill your mind with positive thoughts or affirmations. Normally the way we feel first thing in the morning sticks with us for the remainder of the day.
If you end the evening with negative thoughts, good chance those same thoughts will return the following morning. You need to end the evening with positive thoughts so those can return the next morning. Good way to go about it is make a list of positive affirmations. Read them to yourself before bed in a way you can remember. And leave the list next to your bed.
When you wake up in the morning those positive affirmations may return right away. If not you’ll see the list next to your bed and then you will remember those affirmations.
Make Improvements In Your Life
Making improvements anywhere in your life always provides you with a feel good moment. What areas of your life need improvement?
Make note and get started on making those improvements now.
Get Involved With Your Hobbies
You have passions and hobbies?
That’s great. Start getting involved with them. If you’re already involved with them how can you take them to a higher level?
With many just getting more involved in the things they are passionate about was more than enough to completely turn their lives around. They were happier and more fulfilled.
Too Much Screen Time Is No Good
Being glued to the internet is not a good thing. You’re exposing yourself to constant negativity and staring at the screen for long periods of time limits your brain power. My creativity and brainstorming ability is always at its worst when being stuck in front of the screen for a while.
But there is a solution for that!
This simple solution has worked for me each and every time. Whenever I cannot think straight or come up with any ideas, I leave the screen and go outside. That’s it. It’s that simple.
Some days my mind gets filled with up to 77 different negative headlines related to all kinds of things. At that point I sometimes wonder what’s the point anymore. Is there a point to try help the world live better lives?
Then I go outside and just like that forget everything and begin feeling great again.
If you’re on the computer for a while and feel worn out or exhausted, going outside to recharge can help. Many times after going back inside my mind feels it can think straight again.
Become An Awesome Person
You probably already are. But how can you take it to another level?
Think of that specific person who gets noticed by quite a few people. Calm, confident and positive. Imagine the impact you can have on other people.
Is there any celebrities who carry that kind of vibe on air or behind the scenes?
